Bryn Jones (@artwithbryn) is my pick for today’s talent!
If you don’t know what A Year on Talents is here you can find the description of the project: A Year on Talents Project

Bryn is a concept artist and board game illustrator from London, he works digitally to create wonderful fantasy illustrations. A strong trait present in his artworks is surely his ability to use colors and shading sooo well. The pieces look polished and they do hold that special feeling I’m used to see in animation, they’re clean and beautiful.

Most of the times I recognize from the art that Bryn has to be a dreamer cause the subjects inspire me and lead me into thinking I have to “believe”.. to the magical creatures, to the crazy landscapes, to the fantastic scenes.. And I always end up wanting to be a believer.

The first pic is amazing! Look at the white dragons, he’s asking in the caption whether you think those are just clouds or the real mighty magical creatures. This time in contrast to all the other ones I had in real life in which I’ve looked up and ended up thinking there’s nothing there, this time I have a fantasy story I want to believe in and I want it to be real so I’m sure I can say those are some beautiful flying giants. He was excited for a new DnD campaign and how could you not if you’re already running this much with your imagination while you paint? I bet he has a ton of fun roleplaying!

Second image is a witch who sneak out of school to do some magic and she’s so cute. I love the spell by the way, it looks like it’s about to go infinite with this spectral image of herself casting the very same spell over and over. Do you think she cast both copies, or is the second one coming from the first?

What do you think about Bryn? Do you also love what’s going on here?
I’d like to discuss today’s talent with you in the comments below!
