Camila Rosa (@camixvx) is my pick for today’s talent!
If you don’t know what A Year on Talents is here you can find the description of the project: A Year on Talents Project

Camila is an illustrator and artist based in São Paulo, Brazil. Her art is strongly connected with social and political messages to support and educate people all over the world. She always speaks through a woman voice using gestures and slogans.

The many faces she gives to the women on her works give every lady the chance to identify themselves with the piece and feel represented. I think it’s important to never be left alone, whoever you are in this world you should be accepted and supported.

The first image you see is actually a mural commissioned by Society6 and Bombay Sapphire for The Other Art Fair Brooklyn 2019. I’m going to leave you a link here showing the piece (with some making of pics too) because a single image wouldn’t be enough. I really enjoy the low point of view she chose, creating a big space for the message.

The second image is a collection of her works, something they have in common and that I like a lot is the use of plain colors together with unconventional perspectives and proportions. On the top right you’ll also get to see a couple pins, cool!

What do you think about Camila? Do you also love what’s going on here?
I’d like to discuss today’s talent with you in the comments below!
